1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 4777cx ("the Platform"). They govern all aspects of your use of the 4777cx website, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, betting, gaming, bonus participation and any other activity conducted through the platform.

3 Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one active account on the 4777cx platform. Creating duplicate accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document, your date of birth, a valid email address, and a phone number associated with your Pakistan mobile account. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. 4777cx will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact support immediately and change your password.

• Use a strong, unique password for your 4777cx account that you do not use on other services.
• Do not share your login details with family members, friends, or any third parties.
• Enable any available two-factor authentication on your account for additional security.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.

Identity verification (KYC) is required to enable withdrawals. The platform may request a copy of your CNIC, a bank statement, or other supporting documents to confirm your identity. Delays in providing requested documents will result in corresponding delays in withdrawal processing.

4 Deposits

All deposits on 4777cx are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit methods for Pakistan players: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other supported mobile wallets. The available methods and applicable minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the deposit section of your account.

Deposits are credited to your 4777cx wallet balance promptly following successful payment confirmation from your chosen payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method used. The platform does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own standard transaction charges.

• Funds deposited must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• The minimum deposit amount per transaction is displayed in your account and varies by payment method.
• Deposits that fail due to insufficient balance, network issues, or payment provider errors do not credit to your account. Contact your payment provider for refund queries on failed transactions.
• Chargeback requests against legitimate deposits are treated as a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

4777cx reserves the right to apply enhanced verification to large deposits or deposits showing unusual patterns. This is a standard fraud and money laundering prevention measure and is not applied punitively.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your 4777cx balance are paid in PKR to your verified payment account. Supported withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, and card refunds where applicable. The withdrawal section of your account shows available methods, minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts, and any applicable processing information.

All withdrawal requests require a fully completed and verified account (KYC). Accounts without completed identity verification are not eligible to process withdrawals. The platform strongly recommends completing KYC shortly after registration rather than waiting until the point of first withdrawal.

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible, or to a verified payment account in your name.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per method and are displayed in the withdrawal interface before you confirm a request.
• 4777cx processes withdrawal requests in the order received during normal operating hours. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals for verified accounts are prioritised.
• Any active wagering requirements on bonus funds must be satisfied before the relevant balance becomes withdrawable.

The platform reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for additional verification in cases involving unusual transaction patterns, large withdrawal amounts, or accounts under review. Players will be notified if their withdrawal is subject to an extended review period.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on 4777cx are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, and bet type. General betting rules and sport-specific rules are available within the betting section of the platform and should be reviewed before placing bets.

By placing a bet, you confirm that you have reviewed the applicable rules and understand the terms of your wager including the odds, potential return, and any settlement conditions.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation unless the relevant market is voided by the platform.
• In-play bet placement is subject to market availability. Markets may suspend briefly around key match events and reopen at updated odds. Bets submitted during a suspension window queue and confirm at the odds available when the market reopens.
• 4777cx reserves the right to void bets placed on markets affected by data errors, odds errors, or events that contradict clearly stated market conditions.
• Accumulator bets require all legs to win for the bet to pay out. If any single leg of an accumulator is void, the bet is recalculated as a reduced accumulator excluding the voided selection.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation.
• Winnings from settled bets credit to your PKR wallet automatically following official result confirmation.

Cricket betting on 4777cx — including PSL, T20 internationals, ICC tournaments and other Pakistan cricket events — follows standard cricket betting settlement rules. Matches abandoned due to rain or other circumstances are settled according to the published rules for the specific market type affected.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

4777cx may offer bonuses, promotional credits, free spins or other incentives to players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms which are published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between specific bonus terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms take precedence for that offer.

• Bonus funds are typically subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable balance. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games for each bonus are stated in the specific bonus terms.
• Bonuses are available to one account per household. Multiple accounts claiming the same bonus constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Bonus credits may not be transferable between accounts and have no cash value outside of meeting the stated wagering conditions.
• The platform reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms, or decline to award a bonus if there is evidence of abuse, manipulation, or breach of these Terms.
• Bets placed using bonus funds that result in wins above the maximum win cap stated in the bonus terms may have the excess amount removed from your balance.

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 4777cx and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential legal action:

• Opening more than one account or registering with false identity information.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to place bets, play games, or manipulate platform functions.
• Exploiting software errors, technical glitches, or pricing mistakes in a deliberate and systematic manner.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in betting markets or games.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any financial activity that is illegal under applicable law.
• Depositing funds from payment accounts that are not registered in your own name.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing platform staff or other users through any channel.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems, databases, or user accounts.

4777cx employs fraud detection systems that monitor accounts for prohibited activity patterns. Players identified as engaging in prohibited conduct will have their accounts reviewed and may have winnings from prohibited activity voided.

10 Account Suspension and Termination

4777cx reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at its discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe a player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where the platform is required to do so for compliance or security reasons.

Players may also close their own account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Pending withdrawal requests that were submitted before account closure will be processed in the normal manner provided they pass applicable verification requirements.

• Accounts suspended for suspected fraud will be subject to a review period before any balance decisions are communicated.
• Accounts closed voluntarily with a positive balance will have the balance returned to the player's verified payment method after standard verification.
• Players who self-exclude and subsequently attempt to circumvent their self-exclusion by opening new accounts are in breach of these Terms.

11 Limitation of Liability

The 4777cx platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While the platform takes reasonable steps to maintain service availability and data security, it does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances outside the platform's control may result in temporary unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 4777cx is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform, including losses resulting from:

• Temporary platform unavailability or service interruptions.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.

• Actions taken on your account as a result of a security breach caused by your own failure to secure your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
